I was amazed that I didn't even feel whether I had had an injection prior to the start of treatment but everything was correctly numbed and even though there was a lot of drilling - I certainly did not feel anything. That instilled confidence for me in Chiara.

Emergency appt/toothache
Reception staff really helpful and professional.
It was the first time I’d seen this dentist and did find the examination quite firm/brutal. Perhaps it may have better to do X-ray of where I was describing the pain first before knocking each tooth with metal instrument and very firmly poking the gum.
