Dental hygiene

My treatment as usual was with Emilie who is fantastic at her role. Always polite, caring and reassuring. Offers advice and very helpful with questions.
The reception staff are also very polite and respectful.

Very accomodating

With a pram in tow, it made it impossible to get upstairs for my appointment. The staff on the desk watched my baby during my appointment. Very grateful!

Really friendly staff who put me at ease. The dentist was really kind and clearly explained what treatment I needed and why. He gave me options and advice but left the choice of what the next step should be up to me. I felt empowered and less fearful.

Hygienist

Regular Hygienist appointment where teeth were checked, given ultrasound to clean into pockets and teeth polished. Excellent level of care from the Hygienist and able skillful support from the nurse. Very good, constructive and encouraging advice about how to get the best from cleaning and problem areas.

Follow up on previous outburst of toothache caused by infection(s) in back tooth and general check up. Agreed to have tooth removed at a later stage in order to prevent further problems and resolve infection.
