Substitute loose filling
Disappointing.
The actual procedure was outstanding.
Friendly environment, caring for a free pain intervention, a comfortable new filling and job finished in less than 20 minutes.
On the other hand the waiting time for a non emergency dental job was very disappointing. Almost 2 months of waiting from the first time I called until I was biting again with all my teeth
That translates in my case to 173 meals (excluding snacking) eating with a loose tooth filling. Not a very pleasant experience which can be improved.

Emergency appointment
After 3 attempts I was given an emergency appointment. Satisfied with treatment but concerned that at one attempt to get an appointment receptionist advised me to use a nail file on my broken tooth!

This latest visit was akin to visits pre covid. Although the 'measures' are and will remain in place, the service and attitude reminded me very much of previous good old customer experience. Sadly lost in the last 24 months, but found at Parkway on my recent visit. Keep it up Guys - it make all the difference!

Every experience I have had with Parkway Dental has been nothing but positive and pleasant, All the staff are so pleasant to deal with and really make you feel at ease. Chiara and Emilie (and the dental nurses/assistants and Receptionists!) have always made me feel so at ease and I am a very nervous Dental patient - So a trip to the dentist wasnt always easy for me.. However since attending Parkway my nerves are slowly going away!
I always leave Parkway feeling happy and satisfied with the treatment I received from the hygienist appointments to the dental treatments. I am so glad I found this dental practice!
