Treatment for Severe Toothache
I called the surgery for an emergency appointment and to my surprise the practice was extremely accommodating by offering me an immediate appointment later that morning. This was a great relief to me as I was in pain. I saw Mr. Cottrell who made me very much at ease. He diagnosed infection, gave me antibiotics and arranged for an extraction later this week. I have to say how impressed I always am when I visit this dental practice. They are kind and courteous and above all put you at ease and arrange prompt treatment. Thank You

Tooth extraction
The tooth was a rear molar, which had been filled several times but which continually suffered from abscesses.
The tooth broke into several pieces during the operation which made the operation more awkward, but I was reassured the whole time and made to feel as comfortable as possible.

Had a great experience. It was the first time my son visited the dentist, he is 17 months old and the nurse and dentist were great with him. The nurse outside was brilliant. Talking to my son and introducing herself. She was so upbeat and welcoming.

I was due my 9 months check up with Dr. M. Cotterell but unbeknown to him I had been nursing a loose crown since the August bank holiday, thankfully he was kind enough to restore the crown to provide me with a much needed support to my flexi plate, everyone was very kind and every effort has been made to comply with the pandemic regulations. Extraction following a broken tooth
Efficient and friendly service throughout, including at the front desk, with the nurse and with the dentist. Mine was a follow up appointment to remove a molar that was kaput. Time and care taken with anaesthetic so no pain during the experience and good advice with some takeaway notes provided on aftercare required. Very good anti-COVID measures in place on arrival and during the appointment - safe without being over the top.
