An adjustment to a denture.

I was upset at being charged £27 for an adjustment that should have been done when I picked the denture up!

Toothache

I had a terrible toothache. I was in agony, so I got in touch with the dentist to book an appointment to have my tooth pulled. They told me I could have an appointment in a months time. I told them I was in an awful lot of pain but they told me that was the earliest they could fit me in. I phoned up a private dentist within 2 days I had my tooth pulled; it obviously cost more money but at least I was no longer in pain. I was not very happy with my nhs dentist it was an absolute joke trying to make me wait for a month when I was in agony with my toothache.

I had an emergency appointment with Georgios today. Having rung this morning because I was experiencing pain, I was given a same day appointment . I was examined and given an X-ray and came away with a prescription for antibiotics. A follow-up appointment may be needed but I was well looked after and all of the staff were helpful and friendly.

The dentist was very nice

I was greeted with friendly receptionists and was seen on time. The dentist was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. He was very sympathetic to me being nervous.

Hygienist & check up

Robyn was excellent as usual - she offered me a new way of cleaning which I accepted. I had a check up booked for next month but Robyn said there was an appointment available straight after my appointment with her so booked me in there and then.
