Brilliant practice with brilliant dentists

I'm petrified of the dentist and they are always understanding but could not fault the treatment I received, was told what was being done and was over before I knew it, brilliant practice with brilliant dentists.

Fitting of crown

After 3 days of the crown being fitted I may have to return as there is a good deal of sensitivity and the bite still feels awkward.

The dentist I saw was incredible

The dentist I saw was incredible. I have a huge phobia of being at the dentist and she was very calming and offered a numbing treatment before hand. The assistant was also lovely and very friendly. Was nice and relaxing to have 2 lovely ladies who were so comfortable with what they were doing even if I was extremely nervous!

Now the covid restrictions have been lifted patients should be able to sit inside out of the sunlight when it’s too hot or out of the rain if the weather is bad, providing they have a mask on them

Great service from all staff today. I was talked through the procedures, offered advice and feedback on my x-rays and filling. The dentist was professional and I hardly felt a thing even without numbing the area. Felt completely at ease. Thank you.

Filling

The reception process went well. Pre visit completion of the patient information form was a little inflexible. I entered the fact I had an outstanding Covid Test result. After completing the form my -ve result was received but I could not amend the previous entry.
The actual treatment was good in all respects.
