The dental treatment I received was very good! I was treated kindly and with respect, the dentist explained very thing that was happening. It’s a very busy center and whilst the treatment was late today the overall performance was excellent.

Filling to fix broken tooth

I was grateful to Lloyd for giving me an appointment soon after I had phoned. He had to remove a filling and make a new one. I did not feel any pain.

Hygienist visit

I have always found Parkway Dental practice very good and professional. The staff are helpful and polite and I have never had to wait for my appointments. My last visit was to the Hygienist who was brilliant, very helpful with advice and very kind and understanding.

Filling Replcement

I was very pleased to see the same Dentist as I have now had a change of 3 in as many years. Continuity is important and having to start again each time with a different Dentist is not ideal. Hopefully now we are exiting the restraints of dealing with COVID the Practice will settle down.

I like my new dentist. Trudi. I am a very nervous patient. I have had a phobia (choking), for about 45 years. Trudi made me feel relaxed and comfortable enough to ask questions, his assistant was also.

Inspection of broken tooth

I was perfectly happy with how I was treated, and with the advice I received. The main problem was the time before I was able to get an appointment. The question below on satisfaction with treatment is unanswerable, as I am awaiting its completion, though I am perfectly happy so far.
