Superb treatment

Right from the moment that I phoned the practice I received absolutely perfect treatment. The Reception booked me in, in a very reasonable time, and followed it up by email and message.
Upon arrival, I was met, on time, by the Dental Nurse who gave me a warm welcome and showed me into the appropriate surgery where I met my dental surgeon. Dr Leanru also greeted me warmly. He had reviewed my history and knew what was in the past. I explained about two points that were a discomfort. He examined those in great detail and constantly briefed me. I was given very clear advice to cover the future and when I might have to contact him again.

Great treatment

Hygienist appointment with Emilie. She is always so careful. Does a great job and I come away feeling like I really do have better gums and teeth.

Had to wait outside for 20 minutes, appointment 9:50, inside 10:10. Friendly service but for a 10-minute extraction if that very expensive at £98. On survey it states private or NHS, I was not aware you accept NHS.

Excellent

I'm a nervous patient and having 7 teeth out and 2 fillings was a big thing, but I was treated excellently by Lloyd and his assistant, made to feel totally at ease and they worked at a pace that made me comfortable, very good job.
