Lloyd is always very professional and understanding- my appointment was for me but he was happy to discuss my daughter who has real anxiety and difficulties making calls or appointments! Thank you.

Excellent care throughout

The use of numbing gel prior to multiple injections was very appreciated. Made for what could have been a nasty experience to one that was very tolerable. Excellent care throughout the process from both members of staff present.

Emergency appointment for toothache!

Phoned to get an emergency appointment and was offered one later that morning. Examination showed inflamed pocket/decay from the X-ray and the dentist prescribed antibiotics to alleviate pain and hopefully clear up the infection. Advised further treatment may be necessary at some stage i.e. abstraction.

I had an emergency appointment to replace an old filling that had fallen out. My arrival was efficiently checked by Reception and I was seen promptly by my dentist. The filling was replaced without any extra work in just a few minutes.

Root canal

Might have been used to previous dentist at practice as was always advising of what was being done.
This dentist never explained how/what goes on with root canal or length of time. I had considered extraction due to anxiety but dentist said lets give this a try. Rubber placed over mouth no explained why.
Instruments placed on/off my chest. Dentist never communicated with me apart from how are you when I arrived. 2 emergency appointments and 2 for procedure. 6 weeks in total.
Overall practice is fantastic and also dental nurses.
