Change of old fillings
Robyn changed my old silver fillings to nice new white ones, no pain at all and Robyn was very nice throughout, always reassuring me and telling me exactly what was happening at each stage and checking that I was ok at all times.

Check up visit
Check up was fine, x rays taken no issues. Followed covid rules and I sat in the car waiting for my appointment and as per instruction I called the number on my email and displayed on the main door but the mobile was turned off. I called 9 times in total from 8.05am to 8.18am to let the staff know I was here for my appointment which was at 8.15am as per the rules but at 8.19am a nurse appeared to collect me.
I explained the phone was off to her and she said that was strange and took me in to the dentist.
Whole surgery is clean and well organised but I was confused with the constant emails about following the covid rules and not getting out of my car until I had called to let staff know I was there but it wasn’t followed by the team. I don’t like to do things wrong and during these times communication is vital.
