Emergency appointment
Due to a broken tooth I rang up to arrange an emergency appointment. One was allocated 8 days away. On arrival the dentist appeared to assume that I was just there for a check up and no time was allocated for treatment.

Temporary relief
This was palliative treatment pending a Root Canal procedure due on the 29th inst. Chiara was a little difficult to understand, partly due to the mask and partly due to my partial deafness. She was patient with me and took care with carrying out the treatment. I completed the star rating for 'Satisfaction of the treatment' note that it is not relevant at this time.
I am not content that the move from NHS to Private has been satisfactorily explained, I did attempt to make an appointment at the end of 2020 but was told that only essential cases were being dealt with and I would be contacted when appointments were being arranged. This did not take place and in making the appointment for the 7th inst I was advised that I was no longer an NHS patient.
