I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable from the start to finish and what an amazing job Emelie had done on cleaning my teeth, I’m so looking forward to my next visit.

The treatment that I received was preliminary and the ultimate outcome is unknown at this stage, so the last set of stars is not applicable.

Very brief and superficial inspection. It did not seem very thorough and was more a question of "do you have any problems?" Perhaps this is because I am a NHS patient rather than private? I don't know.

As a nervous patient by nature the team of professionals dispelled any need to be nervous at all. This is an absolute blessing.

Excellent service and very friendly. Just wish you could accommodate my son (N.H.S. preferably but privately if necessary). He has a troublesome tooth and it's even more troublesome trying to find a dentist! :)

I am very happy with the treatment and care I receive at Parkway dental practice and have always been. Michael Cotterell the dentist I see is extremely experienced and very good indeed, I could not wish to have anybody better.

Had a problem with a back tooth during lockdown, constant flare ups and infections so it needed to come out. The denitst and assistant were fantastic! Really put me at ease, non judgemental, caring and supportive which made an appointment I was worried about go smoothly and left feeling really positive about future work required.

The service from Parkway Dentalcare was excellent as always, but the website they use for pre consultation screening (uk.dentalhub.online) is awful.
The pre consultation document filling process is very frustrating and hard to complete.
It has many points where it fails. Hard to believe it had any random user testing or QA. e.g. what do you click to get the sign in code? it is not obvious you click the row with your phone number.
It doesn't understand how Android auto fills fields e.g. for email it rejects an emaul address with an initial capital letter, yet that is how Android autofills as it assumes a new sentence having changed fields. And Android adds a final space character on autofill ready for the next word. It is very easy to fix this - case doesn't matter in an email address and a trailing space can easily be removed. The web page shows an error for a leading capital letter or a traiing space, but doesn't say why it is rejecting the submission
Several separate documents ask for an email address, so you have to enter your email address several times during the process. (And Android automatically converts the first character to a capital and adds a trailing space every time when it auto completes - and the submission fails)
The allergy document could easily start with a check box for 'I don't have any alergies' which would save the majority of people checking many boxes with 'No'
On several screens there is a comment 'If you ticked any of these items' yet ther is no ticking involved - the user has to select 'Yes' or 'No' .
On several screens there is no header explaining what the yes or no answer is about (but is not difficult to guess)

Overall it feels like a website written by a politicians’ mate for millions of pounds instead of a software developer for a few thousand pounds

The processes worked well and staff were very efficient and friendly.
