Fillings

My front teeth were a bit stained and an old filling had chipped off leaving the enamel uneven. Lloyd did an excellent repair job, and my teeth feel so much nicer. Thank you.

Emergency Appointment

Very impressed with the service I received this morning.
After a night spent in a lot of pain due to a gum infection I new that I had to see the dentist ASAP.
A very helpful receptionist took my details and got me an emergency appointment straight away.
Upon arrival at the practice the COVID-19 safety procedures that were in place were very reassuring and well thought out.
The treatment I received from both the dentist and dental assistant was very professional and reassuring.
10/10.

Hygienist appointment

I am very pleased with how lovely the hygienist was, she made me feel very welcome and her and the dental nurse had a lovely chair side manner and we’re very attentive. Thank you both for the advice too, looking forward to coming back.

Very quick check up

First check up since the beginning of pandemic, I was a little disappointed with the very quick check up. It did not feel like enough time was taken to have a good look at my teeth and gums.

Very efficient, lovely ladies

Very efficient, lovely ladies looked after me and great treatment.
Always look forward to a catch up with your nurse (even though its not so comfortable a treatment!!!).
I cycled over and it would have been useful to have somewhere to lock up my bike - I used the gate.

Root canal treatment

Today I had root canal treatment from Lloyd Payne, I was a little nervous as never had any treatment like this on my teeth, but I was put to ease by both Lloyd and his dental nurse Rebekah, I was completely comfortable and felt very safe in their hands. I also didn’t feel anything. I’ve been coming to parkway since I was thirteen and have always felt calm safe and welcome by their professional environment and friendly receptionists.
