I have been so so scared of dentists since childhood and have not kept up with regular checkups.

Seeing Mr Cottrell privately, has just been so comfortable and reassuring He has put me at ease and I was so comfortable with the treatment.

Filling for broken tooth

My dentist today was brilliant. (Kara?) I had badly broken a tooth and she had warned me that if the filling failed I might need root canal treatment. She filled it carefully, layer by layer, then filed it down to the correct size and shape. At no point was I in any pain or discomfort. It even looks real.

Antibiotics prescribed

I was able to have an appointment 4hrs after ringing for for one, what excellent service.
I was given a thorough examination, X-rays and a prescription with instruction if I’m still having a problem after the course of antibiotics to ring for another appointment.

The COVID procedures e.g. hygiene, distance etc was also a very excellent procedure.

Emergency appointment

I phoned and left a message as had a lump in my mouth, was phoned back within 30 minutes with an appointment. The dentist I saw was very informative and I was given antibiotics to treat an infection. COVID 19 guidelines were adjusted to, very impressed.
