Tooth extraction
My appointment (20/5/21..Wednesday) .. time was 11.45 and I was in the car park by 11.30. I phoned your given phone number, which I made via your email which I received on Saturday, so presume this is the correct number. The call went through to an answerphone and I left a message saying I was in the car park, and gave my car details. Having waited until just after my appointment time I went and waited at the door. The lady before me in the queue said when she phoned, she had been put through to the answerphone but she didn’t leave a message. I then phoned your number again and got through. By this time I was late for my appointment. When I got home I found an unanswered phone call from you. Which I didn’t hear while in the car park.

I arrived at 08:30 for my and my wife's appointment time of 08:40 and 08:50. After following the procedure sent by the practice by email before hand everything happened as detailed in the email. I was surprised that I was taken straight in to the surgery i.e. no waiting outside.
After the check-up and paying at the desk for the service the procedure for leaving was again followed as detailed in the email. Everything happened as detailed in the email. No surprise deviation. Staff were friendly.

Pleasantly surprised
The young girl that comes to collect you and takes your temperature was very polite and puts you at ease straight away. Hadn’t seen this dentist Tudor before but he explained everything in good detail and also listened to what I was saying. Never had everything explained so well.
I felt completely at ease and comfortable in the chair which is a first for me. Would recommend Tudor to anyone that needs a dentist.

Emergency appointment for infection
Requested an emergency appointment first thing, was seen by the dentist at midday. Prescribed antibiotics, so hopefully on the road to recovery. I was impressed by the speed at which I was seen.

First checkup for nearly 2 years
Having been unable to go last year due to the Covid pandemic I was pleased to get a checkup finally after nearly 2 years. It was a very quick once over, which I can in the current climate understand. Everything appeared to be done to keep staff and patients safe and hence speed is I guess one of the necessities currently. I was not pressured into seeing the hygenist but advised of the service. All in all a great 1st appointment back after a very long time.
