Professional as always

I needed an emergency appointment. I waited in car park until recognised and called for.
Tested for temperature, hands sanitised before entering surgery.
Professional advice and two extractions of infected teeth.

Initial dental review

I have recently changed dentists and have also undergone cancer treatment. So not only was this a new patient review it was also a dental review for ongoing cancer treatment. I was made to feel extremely welcome. The process for dealing with patients in the current climate was very thorough and professional. My first experience with Parkway was very encouraging

Routine check-up

This was the first visit since the Covid lockdown. Everything was done to make the appointment go smoothly and efficiently, this being the "New Normal". There was no waiting involved and all the staff displayed happy smiling faces!

We were made very welcome

I attended with my son who has slight learning difficulties. We were made very welcome and everything was explained very clearly. We both had check ups and both went very well. My son has a follow up appointment for a filling and is not in the least bothered about it. He was given instructions about improving his dental hygiene which were given very simply and clearly and which he has taken on board.

I was struggling with reception and dentist, and got passed onto the top man.
Went today and had an extraction and a filling, felt at ease from start to finish.
Completely different experience to recent experience (apart from Hygienist who is great) and very happy.

As someone who has always had a bit of fear going to dentists, I have found a dentist that gives me confidence and makes the experience as good as it can be. He explains what he is doing and has a very calming effect. All the staff are friendly and am very impressed with their covid awareness. Excellent team.
