6 Mth checkup

I am aware my regular dentist Lloyd Payne has reduced his working hours to 4 days a week and on occasions appointment times are understandably altered to accommodate holidays and reduced working hours. On this occasion I saw a different dentist, Nikta Naddaf, whom I assumed was providing temporary cover for such circumstances, however, the receptionist informed me I have been transferred to Nikta Naddaf permanently without any prior warning or consultation. As a patient with prior medical history I find this unexpected change of dentist both disconcerting and stressful.
