I called Parkway Dental yesterday after suffering with my wisdom tooth for a week.
They made me an appointment as soon as possible and ensured I was well looked after.

Friendly staff and good service

The service feels safe with nurse collecting me from the car park, alcohol gel on arrival and one way system.

I am not sure the dentist introduced himself but apart from that he was professional and thorough and explained things well.

Painless extraction

I had to have a tooth out today and it was really smooth and painless. It was right at the back and I was worried about it. In the end Mr Payne took it out without me even realising that it had gone. I was amazed and would not have believed it if I had not seen the bad tooth on the tray.
He is the best dentist I have ever visited and I am 64 years old and seen many in my time.
Appointment on time as always. Safety top priority as always.

Filling in one tooth

Dental Care carried out ny Mr Cottrell is always very professional and puts me at ease. I obviously had to wait a few weeks extra to have my filling carried out in these very difficult Covid times. All the staff were very mindful of the regulations and the whole experience was run very methodically and professionally.

Mr Cottrell is particularly helpful and pleasant while being professional. He even saw me 15 minutes before my official appointment time.
