I today attended the practice for treatment, first time with this lady dentist, I had explained previously that I was frightened but always came to the practice. Today Chiara and her assistant put me at ease whilst having my treatment.

Made me feel safe

This was the first check up I received for well over a year due to the pandemic and I was a little apprehensive. The communication was excellent and the process and procedures were very well organised. They are operating a one way system within the surgery which works really well and made me feel safe.

Replacement of broken filling

Tudor and his assistant were very friendly and approachable and I was able to ask questions that were answered very well using clear language. Tudor himself is very gentle and highly competent. I'm very happy to be a patient of his.

Felt very safe

Detailed and thorough examination found the source of the pain to be clicking jaw and why the pain was only in certain jaw movements. Removing a tooth next time which hopefully will take away the pain.

Nervous patient

I have never liked visiting the dentist and always get anxious when my appointments are due. Each time I attend I am made to feel at ease. I am always told what procedure they are planning to carry out and reassured they can stop at any time, just to signal with my hand. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
