Arrival and entrance easy and straightforward. Seen on time and staff as always friendly and professional. The dentist explained clearly why X-rays were necessary and how the follow up from them if necessary would be arranged. Next appointment arranged for six months.

Three fillings
I find the whole system at Parkway very friendly and efficient.
Their organisation during the COVID period has been particularly excellent.
The Dentist always explains what needs doing and we can discuss how best to achieve that.
I don't think anyone particularly enjoys going to the dentist but I feel comfortable going to Parkway and not at all nervous or in dread.
I'm so glad I found them.

Preparation for my appt was thorough with a detailed questionnaire. All Covid protocols were observed from my arrival at appt through to departure. I was seen on time and staff were caring with regard to my disability. I was introduced to my dentist and she explained her procedures fully.

Fitting of new denture

I had excellent and prompt service at the Parkway Dentalcare practice this week. After a very short wait in the car park are my temperature was checked and I was shown into the practice and I was shown into the surgery with due care and attention. Safe, Secure Tooth Hygiene!
Dental appointments in the pandemic have been difficult to say the least but Parkway excelled today with my hygienist appointment. Covid secure entry and exit facilitated by the nurse and thorough inspection and clean-up completed with no hassle.

As ever, very good treatment received. Practice is managed very efficiently. Difficult to think how it could be improved. Only fly in the ointment is the time between appointments for ongoing treatments, but this is not anyone’s fault.
