The dentist could not have been more helpful and accommodating in helping me feel confident and satisfied that we got the best shade possible for the tooth by involving me all the way in the process of that decision. I feel that the most appropriate outcome was achieved for my teeth, which are not great, thank you.

Review after broken tooth
I was only in the ‘chair’ for less than 3 mins to discuss options on a broken tooth, what I was mostly disappointed with is the 08.30hrs appointment was 20mins late and fail to understand how after the surgery only being open for 30 mins it can be 20mins late?

Very well organised, didn't have to wait long. Felt very safe. Negatives :car park is awful not enough space to get out!!! Very expensive for a check up. Price has risen far too much!!

Unfortunately due to Covid19, our car park is busier than usual because of our waiting arrangements. Hopefully this is something that will ease soon when we can have patients waiting in our waiting room for appointments. Unfortunately we do not have control over NHS fees for treatment. This is set by NHS England every year and the fees are fixed.

First time visit
I was somewhat nervous as I hadn’t seen a dentist for a couple of years. I needn’t have worried as I was met by a very friendly nurse and dentist. I felt they were interested in my problems and the dentist explained fully what was going on. I am very pleased to have chosen this practice. They are very efficient too. Reception staff are very friendly and accommodating.
