Very impressed with the speed and professional way our check up was carried out in these difficult times. Staff are always polite and friendly. I am always nervous of going to the dentist but always feel at ease with the staff. Could not ask for a better experience.

Good dental work, but poor service
I had been removed from their NHS list without any notification due to time lapse since last appointment(I understand the need for this, but if they had sent a letter or email to say this was going to happen I would of booked an appointment sooner, but with corona it didn't enter my mind).
Anyway I needed urgent dental help, and they happily booked me an appointment, but when I was in the chair being seen they told me they could only do part of the treatment that day and if I wanted to finish the treatment (root canal) I would have to rebook in again as a private patient and pay £310 (under £70 on NHS) I think this is crazy as I am in a position now where I have a temp filling that isn't going to last long that you did under NHS but now you want private costs to finish the job.
That's not acceptable!!!!
The dentist was lovely though.

Dentist didn’t really take into account some of the stuff I was telling him. Telling me to see the hygienist for red gums that’s a symptom of a medical condition I have. I felt like I was being pushed to buy products.
