Replacement of a filling
Pleased with the service and grateful for the staff working in such difficult times and proximity to patients. I have been waiting for months without severe pain but knowing this was needed from sensitive teeth and food getting stuck. Glad to see some return to normality. Thank you.

Staff are rude, service lacking
2 appointments have been cancelled with notifications until arriving for appointments, and staff advised they don't have the time to contact people.
Staff are rude. They do not greet you on arrival or when attending the reception desk. Staff member at reception desk seems incapable or forming questions or sentences and instead will simply state "check up" and role their eyes when you have misunderstood what they seem to believe is effective communication.
I have attended 3 check ups, each time been advised that they don't do clean and polish as part of the check up, despite being included in the NHS pricing for check ups. Instead I was each time advised to see the dental hygienist at an additional cost for this service.

Always friendly and welcoming, looked at my teeth and asked for any concerns. When explaining about my infected wisdom tooth, Tudor told me what would happen and what the process was for dealing with this. It put me at ease, will always recommend this surgery.

Not good for older people
The dentist himself was good, only a check up prior to chip being repaired. BUT I arrived on time and walked as I live not to far. Phoned to say I was outside, Other people who arrived after me seen, I was left out side in the cold and wet for 45 minutes. Age 75. I Asked if I could wait inside in the empty waiting room and was told No. Told' soon now' often as other late comers seen , then more wait while late arrivers seen. Back ache, leg cramp and chilled. Not the way to treat elderly patients.

Dental check up
My appointment was at 11.30am. I was asked to get there 10 minuets before my appointment. So I got there a good 15 minuets before hand. I did not get to go in until 12.15, that's an hour waiting out side. I know that some times you have to wait a few minuets, but that was ridicules. I was not happy at all. Once i got to be seen i was in and out within 10 minuets. I have no problems with the dentist. and will continue to use the practice.
