Felt 100% safe

The service I received tonight was excellent. I was told what how the appointment was going happen. I was kept informed about the appointment. I felt the covid safety measures were very good. I never felt unsafe during my appointment. The dentist was very polite and professional.

Waiting time

In these times of pandemic, it is understandable that there must be procedures for coming into the practice. May a suggest that you text patients when there’s a delay/dentists are running late with appointments. Today, I timed my walk to be at the practice just 10 min before my appointment so I would not have to wait long outside in the cold and wet weather. I was called in 25min after my app. time. Had you texted me that you were running late, that wouldn’t have happened.

Having always been a very nervous patient it is great to find a dentist who understands. I have always received great service from Parkway every member of the team I professional, friendly and supportive. Appointments are easy to make and the emergency service offered is excellent.

I have been with Mr Cotterill for many years and wouldnt want any my teeth checked by any other dentist. I have very good teeth. Thank you mr Cotterill. All of his staff are very nice and very professional. They also have lovely teeth!!
