Deep filling to rear of central incisor
Appointment took place during the Coronavirus restriction period. The precautionary measures in place worked like clockwork. On arrival I phoned the surgery from my car to alert of my presence. At the appointed time a nurse came to meet me in the car park and took my temperature and asked questions about my current health. Was guided to the front entrance where I was asked to wash hands. On schedule the surgery took place diligently as usual and the whole process from start to finish took no longer than 30 minutes. After making a future check up appointment I was guided out through a different exit door to that which I had arrived. All very efficient and no problems since with treated tooth.

First appointment for broken tooth
What a lovely team I’ve just been seen by. All along I knew a few things the dentist has mentioned in my 1st appointment which was brushed off by my previous dentist. I’m pleased my treatment is underway.

Emergency appointment and temp filing
After years of being a nervous dental patient following bad experiences I can’t believe I actually thanked my dentist and came out feeling positive and not traumatised.
Amazing technique for administering the anethestic injection and the rest of the treatment was gentle and on my terms. For the first time in a long time I truly felt listened too and as though my nerves were valid .

Excellent even in the most testing times
The team at Parkway are still offering an excellent service even in this most testing time. You can check in virtually now and fill all your forms online. You must wait in the car until an assistant collects you, clean your hands on the way in and wear masks except once your in the dentist chair. Same excellent service from Mr Cotterill then you are escorted to the desk to sort appointments and pay, then out a separate exit with another hand clean. Brilliant processes make you feel very assured that the visit is safe.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of all staff at the practice during this third Lockdown. The dentist was thorough and asked my opinion with her views. The dental nurse and receptionist were very cheerful and competent and I felt safe with the strategies in place.

Very well organised for the COVID influenced times. Usual friendly staff. In some ways, having to wait outside in the car, and then being escorted in directly to see the dentist, is better than in the waiting room.
