Another great hygienist appointment

Both members of staff so lovely. Emily is always chatty and full of little tips to get me to clean better. Very gentle and find the whole process quite relaxing! Well worth the trip and totally confident with COVID-19 routine.

Gum infection and toothache

From getting an emergency appointment to walking back out of the surgery everyone was helpful and caring, as I am a nervous patient the dentist and dental nurse made me feel calm and relaxed, could not have asked for better care.

Infected tooth

From entering the surgery I was made to feel welcome under these hard times.
India Lewis was very good at explaining everything about the problem and the remedy.
Then explained the long term treatment once the problem had been resolved by the antibiotics.

I was happy with the advice and treatment I received. I know there's not too much that can be done at the moment because of Covid-19 but I was just pleased to be able to resolve the problem with my tooth in the short term. I had to wait for a while as there was an emergency but that was understandable.

Tooth extraction

Tom and the dental nurse were lovely and put me - a very nervous patient- completely at ease. Explaining everything they were doing at every step. I am very impressed. At no point did they make me feel uncomfortable or foolish in my fear. I am very happy with the treatment.
