Initial assessment on registration

The initial assessment on registration at Parkway for my children and myself went well. We were informed that the appointment would be half an hour each, but it only took half hour for 3 of us. All staff were very friendly, followed covid guidance and the dentist was very good with the children. A thorough assessment was completed on all of our teeth, and the dentist talked me through what he was doing and his finding throughout. My only criticism would be that even though a thorough assessment was completed on my teeth, there was no attempt at improvement. A scale and polish is included in a check up, and there was plenty of time for it to be done. This was not mentioned or offered, and I will request it in my next appointment though I feel I shouldn't have to.

First checkup

This was my first checkup here, having changed just before lockdown. I was extremely impressed with everything from the helpful staff, the premises and the treatment and especially appreciated the explanation after my checkup. Excellent practice.

Tooth extraction

What can I say about my experience last night apart from professional excellence, I was put at ease and although a big job to pull out my tooth, i did not feel a thing, many thanks to all at parkway and the way they conduct there services during these uncertain times.

Excellent dentist surgery

Been with this surgery for many years and have complete confidence in them. Everyone at the surgery are really friendly. I would recommend this dentist surgery time and time again. They've done everything they can to keep you and them safe from covid.

Wouldn't ever go anywhere else.

My family has been with this surgery and had same dentist for many years. We have 100% percent confidence in him and the surgery is covid safe they are doing everything they can to make us and themselves safe. All the staff are so friendly.

Great dentist

Very well organised, Covid restrictions in place. Great dentist seen today, really made us feel comfortable, gave feedback on the examination and what to watch etc and was very nice.

Considerate Careful Treatment

The new rules put in place for covid-19 seem to be working well. With temperature checks, hand sanitiser and masks as well as a one way system.
My Dentist was very thorough but careful and considerate of any discomfort that might be caused.
All avenues were thought of and my situation was fully discussed so I was aware of the recommended treatment and later possibilities.

Emergency treatment

Had tooth extracted two weeks ago and was concerned that I possibly had an abscess on the side like I'd had before, plus the stitches had not all come out.
I was reassured that the area was clean and healing well, the stitch that was remaining was taken out and I was continue doing what I was to aid in the healing process.
