Inital appointment

I was made to feel very welcome and reassured about how I'd be treated and it made me feel at ease and lowered my anxieties massively. TM was extremely professional and very diligent. I've always had a bit of a phobia about going to the dentist but how i was treated today I'm actually feeling positive about going back.

Excellent Treatment

I attended the surgery on Tuesday of this week. All Covid rules were diligently observed and I felt very safe. Excellent treatment from Mr Cottrell who explained everything clearly and was sympathetic to my nervousness. Altogether a very positive experience!

Surgery was clean and all COVID-19 precautions felt reasonable and well enforced.

Deep cavity filling

I had a very good experience today as I am very nervous about visiting the dentist. I was made to feel very calm and was constantly asked if I was ok.

The nurse even held my arm as she could see I was nervous. Very professional and extremely happy with the service.

Hygienist appointment

The appointment started a little late and felt somewhat rushed throughout. I was concerned that the Hygienist's mask was only placed over her mouth and not her nose so I felt she was breathing directly into my mouth.
