I had a check up this morning as a new NHS patient. The ladies at reception were friendly and welcoming. Diego was very gentle and friendly. He explained in detail the treatment I need. Very happy with my visit. A warm and welcoming practice.

Thoughtful and kind

Arrived at practice, always a welcome smile and lovely staff. Had a filling done today, I felt at ease as I am very nervous but Nikta and nurse took me through step by step and were thoughtful and kind which helped me so much.

Puts me at ease

I really do have an irrational fear of going to the dentist and get really anxious for about a week before my appointment. Once there, however, Lloyd puts me at ease and is so patient with me because he knows how scared I am feeling. In the past, I've had painful dental treatments, but never with Lloyd - I promise I will try to be braver!
