Replacement Filling
I was very impressed in the standard of care when having a replacement filling. The dentist, by all accounts, is new and he took great lengths to explain the options to me and what he was going to do. Later he advised that the room would not be used for an hour afterwards to ensure it was completely sanitised. He wore three masks and I asked why. I felt completely safe and well cared for. I hope he won't mind me saying this but I felt that Thomas Miller was recently qualified, almost anxious that I was properly looked after. Either way, I have always been scared of going to the dentist but, at Parkway, it is now a rather pleasant experience (even when I get told off by the hygienist. Long may it continue. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. Five stars all round.

Hand Scale
Very good hand scale appointment with the hygienist, who as always, offered good, constructive advice on how to continually improve oral hygiene and care of teeth.
The dental nurse, was excellent with her warm welcome, explanation of Covid protocols and reassurance.

Fantastic dentists. My family and I have been going here for years and would never go to another dentist's. I had to go in for a filling and the dentist makes me feel so relaxed and chats to me as he knows I am nervous. I always worry when I need to go but not sure why as he is really good and so are all the staff who work there. They are being very careful about covid19 and everything is done to the highest standard.
