Excellent dental care

Parkway Dentalcare have been been faultless. They were fast to attend to me and saw me far sooner than I had expected, for which I am very grateful. Always friendly, very efficient and the dentist explained all the time what he was doing and did an excellent job.

The Covid precautions in place were very good and well organised.

Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Arrived for my appt and nurse met me in carpark to take temperature and guided me into the room where Mr Cotterell was waiting to do my filling. Felt totally safe as they are taking every precaution to keep us and them safe without making you feel uncomfortable. My family and I would never go anywhere else as gave been going here for years and Mr Cotterell is brilliant, he puts me at ease straight away as he knows I am nervous but his work is brilliant. Also the nurses and receptionists are great.

Excellent Covid19 precautions taken.
Good hand scale of teeth and as always, very good and helpful constructive advice offered by Robyn as to how to improve care of teeth.
Sian (dental nurse) was excellent in quality of welcome and ensuring Covid precautions were taken and warm reassurance.

Every time I visit Parkway, I am treated so very well. All the staff genuinely care about you as an individual and they make you feel welcome and cared for. They all do a wonderful job and my hygienist Robbyn is great!

Tooth extraction

I was dreading this appointment as was having a tooth taken out, ( TBH who really likes a visit to the dentist) I can honestly say the dentist ( India) and her nurse were amazing! They kept me calm and talked me through the whole process, I've finally found a Dentist I can trust.

Lovely staff

Check in wasn’t easy no answer on the mobile number given so left a message to say I was waiting in the car park and gave my make and model.
Member of staff came to find me but didn’t know the make and model as she wasn’t told .
I filled out the online Medical form few days before my appointment but the dentist didn’t have the update of my medication .
Staff very professional, hand gel was given before and after check up . Overall experience was good.

Dental Hygienist

My Hygienist and her Assistant are really good. They were both very polite, respectful and professional, and did a good job. Treatment was explained and I was made to feel at ease. In these difficult times I felt totally safe with all the procedures in place within the practice from the minute I stepped out of my car until I finished the appointment. Thank you.

Glad to be a new patient at the practice

Very friendly nurse came to greet me in my car and explained safety procedures. Dentist, Thomas, was also very friendly, explained what he was going to do and whether I had any problems. Made me feel very at ease immediately.

My first experience was excellent and the safety procedures put in place are impressive.

Removal of back molar

A very big thank you to Mr Miller. I was very nervous regarding the extraction of a back molar. He explained what he was going to do and assured me I would feel pressure but no pain once my gum was numbed, how right he was.
