The treatment was brilliant. I had a bad experience before, but the team India and her nurse did a wonderful job allaying any fears I had, made me comfortable and relaxed, kept me informed the whole way and were extremely accomodating throughout. Their coronavirus procedures are spot on and made me feel safe whist I was on the premises. Highly recommend.

In view of the current circumstances and being of a previously shielding age I felt completely safe with your entry and exit safety arrangements. I did not feel rushed at all during the time spent in the treatment surgery and was given complete and thorough explanations for the procedures undertaken.....which can’t have been easy or comfortable with the ppe requirements. Replace half crown
I had a half crown fitted to a split lower left 5 a couple of years ago, since then it has come off three times, each time I have been able to get an urgent appointment. The latest refit was done today (9 Sept) using a different adhesive so I'm hoping this stays in place a while longer. As ever good service but the next time this fails perhaps an alternative option will need to be considered. All that considered the service I receive is excellent even in these Covid days.

I needed a crown repair and the practice responded very quickly. They treated me extremely well, explaining new alternatives for me.
I was very pleased with all the Covid 19 precautions they had put in place. The practice nurse Bekah went out of her way to be helpful, for which I am very grateful. Excellent all round. Treatment is still continuing but have confidence it will remain excellent.

I was very well treated and informed all the time on what India was going to do, India got a second opinion from Tom on what treatment she would do (root canal or just a crown) and were both in agreement to fit a crown only.
