Thomas Millar thoroughly checked my teeth, gums and tongue as had built up several issues during lockdown. He explained in great detail everything he did and what the problem was. My first visit and had total confidence in him.

Extraction of 2 teeth.
The dentist talked me through exactly what was going to happen.
He continually checked things were ok throughout the procedure. When the extractions were completed he described why the teeth needed to be removed.

Brilliant care
I've always been very nervous of the dentist and still am but I've never had a problem with Mr Cotterell. He's so caring and explains everything to you. I would 100% recommend this dentist. The nurses are all amazing too. I would never change my surgery. My husband, son and myself have been going here for year's and have never had an issue with anything.

Tom is an excellent dentist. He is polite, patient and takes time to explain the treatment to you. I have been lucky enough to see some very reputable dentists in the past and Tom is far and away the best I have seen. The dental nurse was excellent, especially as she had to make sure COVID practices were followed. Sorry I don’t know her name but again, polite and patient, 10/10 on all counts.

I believe my dentist is still on paternity leave so this time I met India Lewis and another dentist but I do not know his name. Both were very pleasant and explained what they were doing and why they made the decisions. I was happy with there decisions and confident they were correct at this time.

I must admit that the entry into the dentist and care to patients was first class. I felt as though I was being looked after professionally throughout.
Felt sorry for dentist who had to carry out delicate procedures and work with the necessary face coverings and with no air con. But still carried out a good job.

Efficient and friendly. Pleased with the result. I was notified in advance that, due to Covid-19, only hand scaling and polishing would be carried out (no water pressure spray). This was effective and I'm very pleased with the result. Both the hygenist and nurse were attentive and thorough.
