I was impressed with my treatment today from being greeted in the car park and escorted to the dental room with hand washing gel on the way. The dentist could not have been more helpful and considerate. I have started my course of antibiotics so, so far so good.

Felt safe during covid
I had a visit with the hygienist during Covid, the surgery was very well set up to keep everyone safe. They kept people outside to wait, temperature taken on arrive, hand sanitizer given to be used. The hygienist and her assistant were in complete PPE, the hygienist explained that some things will be different on this visit and talked me though what will happen during my treatment. She was very friendly and polite. I felt safe during this visit. After the treatment I was asked to leave via a different exit so I would come into close contact with anyone and given hand sanitizer to use again. During the visit I only touched the chair, and that was cleaned before and after I was in it.
