Fantastic dentist

Very friendly staff throughout the entire building. First time I have been there and very well prepared for a Covid secure environment. All staff were polite, friendly and caring. Highly recommended this practice, 100%.

Hygiene appt

Excellent - very thorough and professional treatment as always despite covid restrictions. Robyn explained she would have to do the sonic cleaning at a later date and have a further appt for that sorted very soon and at a convenient time. The only reason I have left lower score on waiting time was that I had to wait outside on the hottest day of the year so far and you’ve no shade in the car park! Having to wait the extra 10 mins (20 if you count the early arrival) was not nice. Not sure that you can do anything about that though.

Very kind to me

This was the first time I had been to a hygienist and because of very sensitive teeth, I was nervous. The hygienist (Robyn) and the dental nurse were very kind to me which helped to put my mind at rest and have further treatment. Thank you so much.

For the first time Robyn was late for my appointment which due to the circumstances I understood. She has always been on time in the past.

A very friendly and professional service. During challenging times, there were lots of thought out safety measures for my appointment. My dentist (India) expertly removed my tooth. It was comfortable and I did not feel anxious at all. Her dental assistant was also very friendly and helpful.
