The service was fantastic. I got a next day appointment. The process during the lock down was done really well.

Kind tooth extraction

I met a new dentist (Tom Miller) in the practice who inspired confidence, as he broke the news carefully and comprehensively, outlining all the options before we agreed that extraction was the best one. He carried this out with great skill, honesty and care. I can't say it is at all pleasant, but it was the best it could be and he was willing to answer all my questions. Everyone was kind and the covid-19 precautions are reassuring. My one minor gripe is that I was not called back, as promised after the initial emergency appointment and may have been able to have the procedure sooner.

Appointment help brilliant - leaving building appalling!

Thank you for the appointment / infection and anti-biotics for a week, lovely dentist explained everything and made me feel at ease and not a bit nervous re how the new 'way' with the covid 19 problem is. BUT, I was shown to the exit door, anti bac put onto my hands etc, left building to be met by one of the big refuse bins on the not so big path that leads to the car park. I had to turn almost sideways to get past it - why - because I use 2 walking sticks and there is not enough room for me to I think safely get past a bin of that size. Maybe next time one of the staff congregating in and behind the screens at reception could make sure there is no obstruction to my or any other registered disabled person leaving the building.

Water free hygenist appointment well executed

With every detail taken to make the hygenist appointment safe for all I admit to being anxious especially with the thought of a mouth full of debris that I couldn’t spit out! I need not have worried... with constant suction from the assistant there were no bits and a slurp of water to ease the dryness helped. Emily was most professional and had a great sense of humour to make the experience less overwhelming!

The team where very polite, efficient and helpful and awnsered any question I had about my treatment.
