Emergency appointment
Had to wait a little while, but they were very busy! When I did see the dentist (Adrian), he was friendly, patient and understanding. I had an emergency appointment and it ended up being that a tooth needed to be extracted. I had questions about how my face would look or if the teeth would shift and he explained everything. I said to get the tooth out and he did it there and then! I mentioned I didn’t like the needle going in my mouth and asked for the area to be numbed first, and he took that on board and numbed it first! The whole process didn’t take long, but I am nervous when it comes to anything dental. Once he had extracted my tooth he showed me the root canal and where it had failed. I had come over quite overwhelmed and both Adrian and the nurse were fantastic with keeping me calm and being there. Fingers crossed no more infections
