The treatment and service I received was as usual excellent, in spite of the reduction in the usual equipment that is used during treatments. The COVID-19 safe guards that the surgery have introduced to protect staff and patients, are effective and efficient.

The service was very good from start to finish, practice itself was very clean and the dental assistant ensured that the practice guides was adhered to. I found the dentist very helpful and informative and in all instances Ppe was in full use.

The new normal??
As I have been shielding since early March coming into an enclosed space was quite daunting, however I was soon reassured by the procedures which had been put in place which made me feel safe before during and after my visit.

I was seen as an emergency shortly after they reopened after covid. I was offered good appointment availability. I was given great verbal instructions of how the booking system has changed and this was followed up us text and email. I saw Lloyd and although I didn’t have to have treatment he explained everything thoroughly. I felt very safe with the PPE and precautions they had taken. Thank you team.

The dental nurse wasn't as friendly and welcoming today as the dental nurse I had at my treatment the previous day, which made me a little more nervous than I was already! She was still polite though. The treatment by dentist was good. To be fair though, I was 7 mins late for my appointment so perhaps that explains the above. Plus I'm aware that I do tend to ask too many questions and fuss a bit, which probably doesn't go down too well!

The phone number called when arrived was answered promptly and kind manner. I had a few minutes wait, the people hanging around the entrance seemed to be served first, not a long delay overall. Clear instructions and nice with so few that first names were used. The further questionnaire was a little late as was in the treatment, perhaps two forms one with the customer questions at the entrance and the operating limits in the room. Treatment was good but no ultrasonic or water spray was a little uncomfortable. I did opt for a sip of water and swallow as spitting out wasn't an option. overall very happy.
