Ok whilst getting through wasn’t easy, on Monday morning having cracked a tooth on the Sunday. The appointment was for Tuesday at 6.10 pm (pretty quick I’d say) On arrival helpful friendly staff gave me a NHS form to fill. Couple of minutes later in the treatment room, broken tooth very adequately dealt with, given 3 “what if” options for future treatment. Also a tip to deal with another sensitive tooth. All done 20 mins.

Registration check up

My first visit to Parkway was lovely. Receptionist were polite and helpful, and Tom the dentist who looked after me was friendly, informative, and gave sound advice, for mouth hygiene and dental protection as well as asking me if I had any concerns, or if there was anything I was worried about. I felt welcome, and looked after. This appointment was not rushed in any way. A very very satisfactory experience. I wish I'd found Parkway a long time ago!

Deserving of 5 gold stars

Attended this dentist for treatment and can honestly say its the best dentist I have seen in a long, long time. I was extremely anxious and in a lot of pain and was met with a very professional reception team an exceptionally kind and caring dentist whose calm and reassuring manner made the entire experience as relaxed and pain free as possible. I had to have 2 extractions so was petrified on entering surgery however the Dentist Mr Lloyd Payne was excellent at putting me at my ease every step of the way until job done. I have already recommended Parkway to my family as an excellent surgery to register with for their dental care as they would be in the safest of hands.

An emergency appointment

Went in today for an emergency appointment as a filling had came out. A no fuss appointment which was short and sweet to temporary fix my tooth.

As always, fantastic service from start to finish. Reception always friendly and helpful, treatment was straightforward and pain free with Mr Blackman undertaking the dental work.... the only ‘pain’ is parting with the treatment fee!
