To fix loose crown, fitted 30/9/19
I was pleased Mr Cottrell could see me in couple days notice.
Pleased with treatment carried out by Mr Ciottrell.
However, NOT pleased that I had to pay £22 and a few pennies for this treatment. I have crowns in my mouth that have been in place for 36 years without problem. I should NOT be charged for a crown that I have had in my mouth for 5 months. It was galling that when I questioned your staff about payment, she said that as it was over 2 months since the crown was fitted you would have to pay. So spending over £200 for a crown, it is only guaranteed for less than 2 months, absolutely outrageous. Please inform Mr Cottrell of my comments.

Arrived at the surgery very anxious and in tremendous pain as had an infection. All the staff and dentist were all very kind and courteous and am booked in for treatment next week. Have not commented about final treatment as not completed that we be at next appointment, however I feel that I am now in safe hands and would highly recommend this dental practice form this initial appointment.

Appointment with the Hygienist
I was seen fairly promptly and welcomed by the Hygienist and her nurse. Initially I was asked a series of questions relating to my health, the way in which I clean my teeth, the frequency and use of teepees and toothpaste etc. I also had the opportunity to ask questions. The procedure was conducted carefully and methodically, giving me time to take a breath when needed and throughout I felt that consideration was given to my comfort and any anxiety I might have had.

We are new patients to Parkway Dental Clinic and we could be any happier with Dr Tom Miller.
