I have always had a good experience with Parkway Dental Care. The staff are friendly, polite and very professional. I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes to be seen and all my questions are answered in full and advice offered if needed.

Crown fitted

Once i eventually got the appointment everything was great. I needed a 40 min and 20 min appointments and this was an issue as for that amount of time i had to wait for over a month.

First Class Service

I had a hygienist appointment booked first and then a Dental check up . To save me waiting the appointments were switched. Both appointments very professional. Very pleasant staff. And time was managed very well. First Class service all round.

Checkup and previously hygenist

The Dentist Checkup work is very consistent. Full marks.

However, the hygienist work is very inconsistent. Some hygienists take their time do a good clean and I feel like I am getting what I have paid for. ie. every tooth, every space. Other hygienists seem to rush and I feel I don't get what I am paying for to the extent that if this persists, I would consider moving to another practice and cancelling my plan. My last hygienist appointment was good. But previous ones were highly variable.

I would recommend metrics a measure this directly from your patients upon finishing the appointment.
Also I recommend some staff training plans to provide a level of consistency amongst current and more importantly new hygienists which is probably where I have experienced the negative items I am feeding back on.
