Parking was a problem. Appointment was on time. Had to ask where I was going to be seen. Examination room was spacious and sterile looking. Appointment was not hurried and I was put at ease. Everything was explained. Follow up appointment was suitably available for necessary treatment.

Appointment timing

I had an appointment to see the dentist at 0830. It was obvious that something was wrong, possibly a patient's treatment had taken longer than expected or there was a dentist missing. I got to see him at about 9 O'clock, some patients had to reschedule. Happy with the examination and conversation once I got in, front desk staff are very professional.

Very impressed

I'm a fairly new patient and this was my third appointment following annual check up recently, I needed a filling for a chipped tooth which was I dreading because of the injection really, but this wasn't necessary as Lloyd was able to do the filling without anaesthetic. I was put at ease by Lloyd and was in and out within about 20 minutes (apart from appt running behind by 15/20 min which I didn't mind). Staff are friendly and polite and the premises is very modern, clean and professional. The text and emails are great. I am very impressed, thank you.

Tooth pulled out

I was actually dreading this appointment more than the pain of the tooth continuing! Lloyd as usual was brilliant and it came out 2 hours ago and my mouth now feels fine. Thank you Lloyd. Appointment just about on time although they were very busy. Other patient was a problem at the desk but I thought the receptionist handled the situation with no problem at all - good training - and I told her so.
