A filling and part of my tooth came out leaving very sharp edges which hurt my tongue. Excellent, the sharp edges were filled down as a temporary measure as I already have an appointment with Mr Coterill in two weeks time.

Dental appointment

When you pay for a certain treatment and it clearly does not work and you have to have further treatment to correct the situation. There is never a mention of compensation for the treatment initially given.

Just a check up today but again exceptional customer service from the moment I entered. The receptionist was polite and friendly.
Lloyd and his dental nurse were brilliant. The nurse was friendly.
Lloyd explained in easy to understand terminology.

Very friendly and professional

All staff from the dentist, dental nurse and receptionists were very friendly and professional. I came in with my two children, and we all had check ups. My eldest son needed a baby tooth taken out and the dentist explained to him exactly what would happen and made him feel at ease. We were all very happy with the experience.

Root canal

I had two root canal fillings done at the same time. It was completely painless and Lloyd told me what he was doing throughout the treatment. He is a fantastic dentist and has looked after my teeth and saved a few which would of been taken out otherwise. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
