Excellent all round, as always. Friendly, person centred care from everyone. I feel treated as a valued and respected client who is involved in discussion about my teeth - unlike my last surgery which made me feel like a second class citizen as an NHS patient.

I was seen within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. The dentist quickly spotted a number of issues which he explained how they could be corrected and at what cost - this was a very clear explanation.

Came in today to have a follow up on check up and had a tooth removed and the rest cleaned.

I have always appreciated the friendly service that also comes with a high standard of care and attention. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Transparent costs and open discussions all make for a very good experience puts you at ease at a time that is not always the most pleasant for a lot of people.

I just had my check up with Mr Cottral, he is very thorough and friendly as usual, been seeing him for some years now and l am always very at ease with him and would not consider ever changing my dentist.

I have been a patient at Parkway dental practice ever since it was in Parkway ( 29 yrs)!! Never been able to fault service or treatment received.

A replacement segment of my lower left five which was fitted some months ago by Terri Anne became detached, A bit disappointing, however when I called in I was given an emergency appointment for next afternoon. Lloyd Payne sorted it out today and recemented it into place. A measure of a business is sorting things out when problems occur. Parkway came through so happy with the resolution.

My appointment for a filling was conducted with professionalism. Mike is always so friendly and offers excellent dental advice as I generally have a few questions to ask.

Everything was excellent from the reception to the hygienist. Robyn was excellent with a caring, professional attitude. She also explained all my treatment and answered my questions. Thank you.

I can't remember the last time I had a filling without an injection. I was many years ago. Well done Mr Payne. Great job!!

I was having a tooth out and I was very worried about it. Mr Cottrell and the young lady with him was a great help so next time it wont be so bad so thank you.

I had an appointment at 3 o'clock and the second one was at 4.10..So was expecting a little wait.. And was very pleased when I was called in to see the dentist at 2.50 and then went on to see the hygienist at 3 o'clock.
Very efficient.

I don't usually write reviews but this Parkway surgery deserved one.
In the past I have had some really bad experiences with dentists and their work. I took my son (who has asd and suffers terribly with hypersensitivity and is petrified of anything new) here a couple of months ago and they were fantastic with him. I went there yesterday to have a tooth extraction and I really don't like going to the dentist as I have had some really bad experiences. From the moment I entered the surgery all the staff were so friendly and were putting me at ease as I was really nervous.
My appointment started on time and the dentist (Alistair) and his assistant were so lovely. The numbing injections were the most gentle and most effective that have ever been given (I have had a lot through the years). My tooth was terribly damaged however the whole procedure only took around 15 minutes and Alistair got it out without breaking it. I was shaking with fear after and they were so kind and patient with me.
It is less than 24 hours since I had my tooth removed and apart from some slight bruising, the area is relatively pain free. I have suffered for weeks before with other dentists. Thank you.
