Courteous and helpful

Both the Dentist and the Dental Hygienist are very courteous and helpful with advice and hints. Thorough checkup and very thorough Hygienist session. All staff are always very pleasant and eager to help. The Dentist appointment was under the NHS system and the Dental Hygienist was private.

Brilliant service

Allister was lovely, very friendly, I have had 3 different dentists and they have all been brilliant, I havent got a bad thing to say about any of the staff, always willing to help and answer questions, could not ask for a better dentist surgery.

So good with my two children

This was our first time and I thought it was brilliant. Best dental practice I’ve ever been to. Alastair was fantastic and so good with my two children (age 3 and 2 years). It was their first visit to a dentist and he made them feel very comfortable. Even the reception staff were lovely. One lady even came to help settle my youngest when she had to wait outside the room with the dental assistant while I had an X-ray. I don’t normally bother with feedback but I had such a good experience I thought I must let you know!

Very caring and really friendly

Really good. I am always nervous about visiting the dentist but they always put me at my ease. Very caring and really friendly. The practice is also scrupulously clean. The reception staff are very helpful. The best dentist I have ever been to.

Parkway went above and beyond

Could not have been happier. Sadly an attempt by Lloyd and the team on a deep filing didn't work and pain continued. These things happen. That said Parkway went above and beyond to resolve the issue, made worse by my travelling almost immediately. Good old fashioned health care, thank you.

Plate repair

Brought my broken plate in for repair, booked a return visit for the following week, plate fitted, check it was all ok, chatted to Mr Cottrell about Goodwood Revival and Southampton Boat Show, common interests being cars and boats, what more could one desire from an appointment at the surgery?

Repair a broken tooth

I tried phoning you at 8.05 and then again at 08.10 but told you were extremly busy so I called in and you were able to give me an appointment for 10.00am.
Arrived at 9.50 and was seen by 10.05 and on my way home by 10.20. Excellent service except the phone call.
Just to let you know I have tried phoning you three times in the last 10 minutes and received the same response "To busy to take your call"
