Treatment was remarkably easy

I am a very nervous patient and was dreading this extraction. However Lloyd went out of his way to put me at ease and thoroughly explained everything. The treatment itself was remarkably easy and Lloyd went out of his way to keep talking me through what he was doing.

Excellent Hygienist Service

The hygienist here (Robyn) is excellent, very friendly and puts you at ease straight away. The only sad thing is that this service is not provided on the NHS so is quite pricey at £63 an appointment. While I was there they encouraged me to sign up for a plan costing just under £30 a month when I am on the NHS and only need a dentist check up and hygienist check up every 6 months - not good value.

Urgent appointment

Phoned up for an emergency appointment as my front crown fell out, I was given a time to attend, saw dentist and he cemented my crown back in after checking to make sure every thing was ok. I am very pleased with what was done.

Kept waiting as receptionist omitted informing dentist of arrival

Arrived on time. Kept waiting 25 minutes. Dentist apologised about wait saying that the receptionist had not passed on the fact I had arrived. Hence thought I was a no show and went onto the next patient.
When I saw the dentist it felt rushed and very cursory compared to previously.
