Explains things properly

The Practice is the first practice I have had that doesn't make me anxious being there.
Furthermore my Dentist Mr Cotrill is the only dentist I have ever had that explains things properly to me in laymen's terms, puts me at ease and makes the overall experience ok and doesn't put me off coming back.
