Never cease to amaze me

The team at the Parkway Dental Care never cease to amaze me. All the staff from reception through to the "Team" of the dental care centre. It is always a pleasure. We have recommended the Parkway Dental Care centre on a few occasions to neighbours and friends.

Cannot fault the care

Never look forward to the treatment, but cannot fault the care and consideration by the hygienist taken during it, very useful after care advice given as well.

Extraction of a back tooth

This was complicated by my heart condition, I needed antibiotics which I took 1 hour before my appointment.
I needed a number of anaesthetic injections at 10 min intervals. Mr Cottrell extracted the tooth quite quickly with no pain what so ever. Excellent service as ever,

First appointment

I was quite anxious going to my appointment due to issues with previous dentist practices. The dentist was reassuring, kept me informed of what he was doing and the outcomes. He showed me my xrays and talked them through with me and then discussed an plan of action.

The best dental practice ever

Had a tooth extracted by Michael and as always his friendly and calm manner soon put me at ease and went without any problems. The beaming smile and friendliness from his dental nurse contributes enormously. This is probably the best dental practice ever.

Removal of stitches

I went to the surgery without an appointment to ask some advice ref the stitches in my gums. Within 15 minutes I was seen and the stitches were removed.

Inspection and tooth extraction, excellent

Went to reception and spoke to Chelsea regarding tooth ache she quickly arranged for me to see Lloyd the dentist that afternoon who took an X-ray and I needed an extraction, as I was going on holiday he said could do the extraction on Friday afternoon at 1 o’clock after he had seen his last patient, this was done.
So all I can say is an excellent service from all of the staff at the surgery.
