I was treated with kindness and courtesy, with explanations offered, when requested.
The dentist observed something unusual, pointed it out using a mirror and suggested that we would review it at my next appointment. It was obvious that it is serious but she was calm about it, so I am not so likely to panic about it.

Did both fillings on one visit

I had a filling booked but between booking and my visit another filling fell out, however they managed to do both the planned and unplanned one on the one visit. Very happy.
