Tooth infection and extraction

The dentists Mr Lloyd’s x 2 are excellent. Reception staff need more training on providing patients with costing options for treatments upfront especially when visiting for an emergency appointment and booking follow up to stay with same dentist if possible for the procedure.

This practice gives great care

I am endlessly impressed by the care I get at this practice. The quality of the technical work is outstanding, but just as important, the decision and planning for what could/should be done and how, is likewise exceptional. Added to that the clerical staff are very pleasant and helpful and the dental nurses delightful and clearly very competent. I cannot fault it.

Excellent, friendly treatment

Treatment was two fillings and a descale. Terrianne was amazing and coped well with my "special needs" (not good with lots of things in my mouth). Made the treatment fun as well as getting the job done.

Tooth removal and felt no pain

I am a very nervous patient and the dentist was understanding and explained what would happen and put me at ease. I had to have three teeth removed as I had not been to a dentist for a number of years, this was done over a two appointments.

I felt no pain during the treatment and it was quicker than I thought it would take. I will probably always be a nervous patient but all the staff are friendly and are there to help.
